Our History
- 1993
Mark Mather begins installing water treatment while working out of his basement. - 1994
Atlantic Blue Water services was formed. - 1996
Hires first employee Kirk Sweeney. Atlantic Blue moves to John Street Location Continues to build a customer base and hire technicians. - 2000
Relocates to Woodward Road to add the retail component as well as develop greater exposure and opportunity. - 2003
Mark’s son, Chris, joins the company starting as a helper and quickly developing into a technician allowing the company to begin reaching out to Carroll’s surrounding counties.

Continued growth and increased number of employees leads to Chris Mather named as the General Manager and Kirk Sweeney as the Service Manager. - 2015
Atlantic Blue partners with Water Care to design state of the art water treatment systems to match customers’ needs. - 2016
Atlantic Blue purchases its first building at 1802 Baltimore Blvd. - 2017
Atlantic Blue purchases 1808 Baltimore Blvd in addition to its present location. The 10,000 square foot facility supports the expansion of the company as a learning center and a full-service lab.
